Ingredients

  • 125 g butter
  • 125 g suar
  • 3 egg (s), including the yolk
  • 100 g chocolate, dark, rated
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 50 grams flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 50 g nuts, round
  • 3 egg (s), including the egg white
  • 1 glass cherry (s) (sour cherries)
  • food starch
  • rum
  • 1 pack ready mix for red wine cream
  • Cream, according to package instructions

Instructions

  1. Make a batter from butter, sugar, egg yolk, chocolate, cinnamon, flour, baking powder and nuts. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold in. Bake for 45 minutes at 150 degrees.
  2. Bring the sour cherries to the boil with a little rum to taste and thicken with the cornstarch. Let cool and spread on the floor.
  3. Prepare 1 packet of red wine cream according to the instructions on the packet and spread it on the cherries.
