  • 650 g beef oulash or braised beef
  • 2 bell pepper (s)
  • 250 g mushrooms
  • 2 onions)
  • 500 ml broth
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, noble sweet

Instructions

  1. Water the Roman pot!
  2. Cut the vegetables and possibly the meat into small pieces. Season the meat with salt, pepper and paprika powder.
  3. Put all ingredients in the Römertopf and pour on the broth.
  4. Put the lid on and everything in the COLD oven.
  5. Stew at 200 ° C for a good 2 to 2.5 hours.
  6. Noodles go well with it!
