Ingredients
- 6 sausages (Viennese)
- 3 bell pepper (s)
- 1 large onion (s)
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 can tomato (s), chunky
- 1 packet tomato (s), happened
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder, noble sweet
- some oregano or basil
- 1 pinch (s) sugar
- some oil

- Cut the wieners into small slices. Core, wash and dice the peppers. Peel and dice the onion as well. Peel the garlic clove and cut into wafer-thin slices.
- Heat the oil in a pan or saucepan and fry the wieners well in it, then add the diced paprika and onion. Then add the tomatoes that have been sieved and the chunky ones.
- Season the sauce with pepper, salt and basil or oregano and add the clove of garlic. Let the sausage goulash simmer for about 20 minutes.
