  • Apple – 2 pcs.
  • Chicken eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Prunes – 100 g
  • Sour cream – 4 tbsp + for greasing the casserole
  • Semolina – 4 cl. spoons + for sprinkling the mold
  • Sugar – 3 tbsp
  • Butter (for greasing the mold) – 30 g
  • Baking dough – 1 teaspoon
  • Salt – a pinch
  • Vanilla sugar – ½ teaspoon
  • Cinnamon – ½ teaspoon

  1. Wash carrots, peel, and grate on a fine grater.
  2. Wash the apple, peel, and cut into strips.

  3. Wash the prunes, dry them, and cut them into pieces.
  4. Beat the eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar.
  5. Pour semolina into sour cream and mix.
  6. Add apples, prunes, and cinnamon to the grated carrots, mix everything. Add semolina with sour cream, baking powder, salt, and eggs, beaten with sugar. Mix everything until smooth.
  7. Let the mixture stand for 10 minutes to swell the semolina.
  8. Grease the form with butter and sprinkle with semolina. Put the prepared mixture.
  9. And distribute it evenly, grease with sour cream.
  10. Put the mold in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 45-50 minutes, depending on the oven.
