  • White cabbage – 100 g
  • Basmati rice – 70 g
  • Carrots – 70 g
  • Walnuts – 60 g
  • Prunes – 50 g
  • Lemon juice – 2 teaspoon
  • Sugar – 2 teaspoon
  • Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp

  1. Put the rice in a saucepan, pour 150 ml of water, put it on fire. Bring the rice to a boil, simmer for 15 minutes. Basmati rice is great for salad, as it turns out to be crumbly and tasty. Leave the rice to cool completely. Wash the cabbage, chop into thin strips.
  2. Grate the carrots on a Korean carrot grater or on a fine grater.
  3. Chop walnuts and prunes as finely as possible.
  4. Place the cabbage, carrots, prunes, and nuts in a bowl.
  5. Add boiled rice, sugar, lemon juice, and vegetable oil to a bowl.
  6. Stir the salad. A salad with rice, cabbage, carrots, prunes, and nuts can be served.
