Fruit Salad with Prunes

Hearty fruit salad – great breakfast!

Cook: 15 minutes

Servings: 3

Ingredients

  • Orange – 1 pc.
  • Apple (large, dense) – 1 pc.
  • Prunes – 100 g
  • Nuts – 100 g
  • Sour cream – 3 tbsp
  • Sugar – 1 tbsp

Direction

  1. Boil water, pour boiling water over the prunes for 10 minutes. Then drain the water, blot the prunes with a napkin or dry on a sieve.
  2. Peel the apples cut them into slices. Peel the oranges. Cut into thick half rings and then cut into slices.
  3. Cut the prunes into slices of the same size as apples and oranges.
  4. Chop the nuts. Set aside a third of the chopped nuts to garnish the salad.
  5. Mix sour cream and sugar. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  6. Combine all ingredients, add sour cream with sugar, stir in a fruit salad.
  7. Sprinkle the remaining chopped nuts on the fruit salad when serving.
