Ingredients
- 3 medium carrot (s)
- 1 tablespoon cream (soy), or soy yogurt
- 1 teaspoon mustard, hot
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame paste (tahini)
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1 pinch (s) sugar
- salt and pepper

- Mix the soy cream, mustard, vinegar, tahini, sugar, salt and pepper into a dressing. Briefly toast the sesame seeds in a small pan until golden brown without adding any oil or fat. Grate the carrots and add to the dressing with the sesame seeds.
- Variation with other ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon organ juice, chopped peppers / onions, garlic or fresh herbs (parsley, coriander).
