Ingredients

  • 500 g carrot (s)
  • 1 piece (s) ginger, the size a thumb
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame, black
  • Sea salt, coarse

Instructions

  1. Cut the carrots into fine strips. Chop the ginger very finely.
  2. Heat the oil in a large non-stick pan. Add the ginger and heat for about 30 seconds while stirring.
  3. Add the carrot sticks and stir, add a good pinch of salt and 4 tablespoons of water.
  4. Now switch to half the heat and fry for 10 minutes until the carrots are cooked and the water has evaporated.
  5. Roast the sesame seeds briefly and dry in a pan.
  6. Mix the sesame and soy sauce with the carrots and season again to taste.
