Casserole with Minced Chicken, Potatoes, Tomatoes and Bell Peppers

A fragrant and very tasty dish for every day, which is easy to prepare. Minced chicken and potatoes make the casserole nutritious. And bell peppers and tomatoes add juiciness and a pleasant taste to the dish.

Ingredients

  • Minced chicken (fillet) – 500 g
  • Potatoes – 400 g (5 pcs.)
  • Tomatoes – 250 g (4 small)
  • Bulgarian red pepper – 150 g (2 medium-sized)
  • Onions – 80 g (1 pcs.)
  • Hard cheese – 60 g
  • Sour cream – 4 tbsp
  • Ground paprika – 0.5 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Vegetable oil (for lubricating the mold) – 1 tbsp

Directions

  1. Prepare all products according to the list. Turn on the oven, let it heat up to 180 degrees. Peel the potatoes. Rinse potatoes, bell peppers, and tomatoes.
  2. Peel, rinse, and cut onions into small cubes. Put the minced chicken in a deep bowl, add the onion. Pour ground paprika, salt, and ground pepper there to taste.
  3. Mix the minced meat thoroughly with the onion and spices. Remove the place of growth of the stalk from tomatoes, cut the pulp into slices.
  4. Peel sweet peppers from seeds, stalks, and remove internal partitions. Cut the pepper into small strips.
  5. Grate the potatoes on a medium grater and place in a separate bowl. Season the potatoes with salt and ground pepper and stir.
  6. Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil. Put the minced meat in the first layer. Put tomato slices on top of the minced meat. Then put the bell peppers. Put potatoes on top of the pepper. Grease a layer of potatoes with sour cream.
  7. Grate the hard cheese on a fine grater and sprinkle the future casserole on top. Close the form with foil (or cover with a heat-resistant lid) and send it to an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake for 30 minutes.
  8. After a while, remove the form from the oven and carefully remove the foil. Then send it to the oven and bake for another 15 minutes, until tender (be guided by the characteristics of your oven).
  9. The casserole with minced chicken, potatoes, tomatoes, and bell peppers is ready. Cut the casserole into portions and serve with sour cream.
