- 800 g potato (s)
- 1 medium cauliflower
- 375 ml milk
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon oil
- nutmeg
- salt and pepper
- 450 g Mett, Thurinian
- 2 tablespoon flour
- 1 teaspoon vegetable stock

- Peel the potatoes and cut into pieces. Cook in salted water until cooked. Heat 175 ml milk (if you want the mashed potatoes creamier, use more milk) and butter and pour over the potatoes. Mash into mashed potatoes. Season with salt and nutmeg. Put in a greased baking dish.
- Clean and cut the cauliflower and cook in salted water. Drain and place on top of the mashed potatoes.
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry the mince in it until crumbly. Dust the flour over it and sauté briefly. Now pour 200 ml of water and 200 ml of milk over it and bring to the boil. Stir in the broth and simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Pour over the cauliflower and place in the preheated oven at 175 degrees for about 15 minutes.
