Ceviche – Latin American Sushi

Ceviche is a traditional South American dish. It is made from fish and seafood and has complicated preparation steps.

- Cut the fish into small cubes.
- Squeeze out the juice of both lime and orange.
- The acidity in citrus juice makes raw fish absolutely usable. But only very fresh fish!
- Place the fish chunks in a bowl and cover with most of the juice.
- Leave to sit for about 3 hours.
- Chop the peppers finely.
- Cut the onion into rings.
- Chop the cilantro.
- Pour all ingredients with citrus juice, salt and leave in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
