  • 500 g toast bread (wholemeal)
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • milk
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 piece (s) cucumber (s)
  • 1 piece (s) carrot (s)
  • 1 piece (s) salami

Instructions

  1. Debark the bread, then roll it out very flat with a rolling pin. Whip the cream cheese with 1-2 tablespoons of milk and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Cut the other ingredients into sticks about 1-2 cm thick. The length of the pens depends on the bread toast - they should be a little longer than it is wide.
  3. Spread the cream cheese thinly on the toast slices and each with one
  4. Top with cucumber, one carrot and one salami stick. Then roll it up as tightly as possible - this is best done with a sushi mat. Use a very sharp knife with a smooth edge to cut off sushi approx. 4 cm each.
