Ingredients

  • 1 cup rice, (sushi rice)
  • 200 g sliced salmon (wild salmon, smoked)
  • 200 g cream cheese, with herbs
  • 1 bunch radishes
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce, (light)
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt

For the set:

  • Dill - pennant
  • Chives - stalks

Instructions

  1. The ingredients are enough for 12 salmon rolls.
  2. Cook the rice according to the instructions on the packet, stir in the salt, sugar and soy sauce and then set aside.
  3. Clean, wash and finely chop the radishes.
  4. Spread the salmon slices, slightly overlapping, on a work surface lined with foil so that a closed rectangle of approx. 30 x 22 cm is created. Then spread the rice, then the cream cheese on top. Scatter the radishes over it and roll up the salmon tightly with the foil and place in the freezer for about 30 minutes.
  5. Then remove, cut into approx. 2 cm wide slices, arrange on a plate / plate and garnish with dill flags and chives.
