  • 4 slices pumpernickel, (black bread)
  • Butter, for brushing
  • 200 g cheese, (oat cheese in cubes)
  • 0.5 ½ bunch chives
  • 4 egg yolks
  • some paprika, hot

Instructions

  1. Brush the bread with the butter, cover with cheese cubes and sprinkle with chives. Place an egg yolk in the middle of each bread and sprinkle with a little hot paprika. Bake briefly until the cheese melts slightly and the egg yolk sets.
