Ingredients
- 8 schnitzel, cut from the sirloin, about 1.5 cm thick
- 2 egg (s)
- 0.25 dl ¼ cream, (full cream)
- 3 tablespoon cheese, grated sbrinz or parmesan
- 1 clove garlic, pressed
- 1 tablespoon sage, finely chopped
- 4 tablespoon flour
- some salt and pepper, black from the mill
- 2 tablespoon butter

- Mix the eggs, cream and garlic well, stir in the cheese and sage into the egg mixture.
- Beat the schnitzel lightly, season with salt and pepper. Turn in flour, then pull through the mixed egg and fry very slowly in butter.
- Spaghetti with tomato sauce goes very well with it.
- Or a saffron risotto with a tomato sauce mirror.
- What also goes well is the cream polenta and the schnitzel on a tomato sauce mirror.
