Ingredients

  • 4 chicken schnitzel
  • 1 cup herbal cream cheese, with Provence herbs
  • 1 packet cream
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 2 handfuls breadcrumbs
  • 2 handfuls flour
  • some mustard
  • Oil, for frying

Instructions

  1. Beat the schnitzel (about 5 mm), then season with salt and pepper.
  2. Pour the flour into a deep plate and roll the seasoned schnitzel in it. Whisk the eggs with a dollop of mustard and a teaspoon of oil and turn the schnitzel in it. Then roll in breadcrumbs and fry straight away.
  3. For the sauce, put the cream cheese with the cream in a saucepan, stir well, heat and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Great fries and salad go well with it.
