  • 1 bottle Cremefine for cooking or cup cream
  • 200 g peas, frozen or canned
  • 100 g parmesan
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable broth or chicken broth, instant
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly cheese your choice

Instructions

  1. First, bring the cream to a simmer in the pan. Then add the peas. Then mix in the broth and season the sauce to taste.
  2. Finally, grate the parmesan (you can also add other types of cheese) into the sauce and remove the pan from the hob. The sauce goes well with all types of pasta.
