Bread Baskets with Egg, Ham, and Cheese

Bread baskets with egg, ham, and cheese are a delicious quick breakfast that will captivate you with its simplicity and beauty! This dish can also be prepared as a light snack.

Directions

Melt the butter. While it is hot, add a finely grated clove of garlic and finely chopped herbs to it. Next, cut off the crusts from slices of bread and grease the bread with melted butter with garlic and herbs.
Grease the muffin mold with sunflower oil and put pieces of bread in the cells, forming baskets.
We put the form in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 3 minutes.
Then we take out the form with bread baskets from the oven, sprinkle them with cheese, put slices of ham inside the baskets, and pour in one egg at a time.
We return the bread baskets to the oven and bake the eggs in the bread with cheese and ham for another 5-6 minutes.
Breakfast is ready! Decorate as desired and serve.
