Bread Pie with Ham and Cheese

A simple and delicious ham and cheese bread cake. It is made from what is in the refrigerator. The products can be adjusted to your liking.

Ingredients
- Bread – 300 g
- Hard cheese – 100 g
- Ham – 200 g
- Eggs – 2 pcs.
- Milk – 1 cup (250 ml)
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper – to taste
Directions
- Cut the bread into cubes, the ham into smaller cubes. Rub the cheese on a grater.
- Mix eggs with salt and pepper beat until smooth. Pour in milk and mix well with eggs. Pour in the cheese, also mix.
- Add the diced bread. Mix well, so that each piece of bread is covered with the mixture.
- If the bread is fresh, then you can immediately add the ham and send it to the oven to bake. If a little dry, you can add another egg and (or) a little milk, leave for 15 minutes to saturate with the mixture, and then add the ham.
- When all the ingredients are mixed, we send it to an oven preheated to 180-200 ° C and bake until golden brown. Adjust the temperature and baking time to suit your oven. My bread pie was baked for about 15 minutes.
