Scrambled Eggs in Baskets Instructions

  1. Wipe the mushrooms with a damp napkin. Cut the sausage into thin slices.
  2. Fry the finely chopped mushrooms for a few minutes in hot oil. Salt and pepper.
  3. If the bacon is in long pieces, then line the side of the muffin tins with it, and line the bottom with 1-2 pieces of sausage. I have round bacon, so I put the bacon on the bottom of the mold, and the salami slices on the sides. It is very convenient to use silicone molds, but metal molds for fried eggs are also good.
  4. Put 1 teaspoon of fried mushrooms in each mold and 1 teaspoon of the “Picnic” snack on top.
  5. We drive in carefully, so as not to damage the yolk, 1 egg into each mold. We put in an oven preheated to 200 degrees.

  6. As soon as the eggs are covered with protein on top, sprinkle them with finely grated cheese and herbs and put them in the oven again. For fried eggs, it is enough to hold the eggs in it for 5 minutes to melt the cheese. For harder scrambled eggs and ruddy cheese, keep the eggs and sausage in the oven longer.
  7. Place the eggs from the molds on a plate (using a fork) and prepare a fresh vegetable salad.
  8. Scrambled eggs with sausage are ready.

    Enjoy your meal!
