Ingredients

  • 100 g olives, black
  • 100 g cheese (Comté, alternatively Emmentaler)
  • 100 g ham, raw
  • 200 g flour
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 100 ml olive oil
  • 100 ml wine, white, dry
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Stone the olives and cut into rings, grate the Comté and cut the ham into small cubes.
  2. Mix all other ingredients into a batter. Mix in the olives, cheese and ham.
  3. Pour the dough into a greased loaf pan and bake at 180 ° C for about 50 minutes.
  4. Serve warm or cold in slices.
  5. Goes well with an aperitif.
