Ingredients

  • 400 g flour
  • 5 egg (s)
  • 50 ml olive oil, the best
  • 100 ml wine, white, dry
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 100 g cheese (Gruyère)
  • 150 g ham, cooked
  • 100 g olives, reen
  • some sea salt
  • some oil, for the mold

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour with the eggs, olive oil, white wine, baking powder and salt and knead into a smooth dough.
  2. Finely dice the cheese and ham and mix with the batter. Halve, core and fold in the olives.
  3. Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees celcius. Brush a loaf tin (1.5 l capacity) with oil, add the dough and smooth it out. Bake in the oven for about 50 minutes.
  4. Remove the cake, let it cool down a bit, then turn it out onto a rack and let it cool down.
