Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 250 g flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 125 g mararine
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 4 tablespoon water
  • Fat for the shape

For covering:

  • 100 g cooked ham, diced
  • 500 g bacon, diced
  • 2 onion (s), diced
  • 1 clove garlic, finely diced
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 1 teaspoon salt and pepper
  • 100 g cheese your choice, rated
  • 1 cup cream
  • Herbs, mixed and chopped

Instructions

  1. Make a batter out of salt, flour, margarine, eggs and water. Grease the springform pan, roll out the dough into a circle, knock out the shape with the dough so that the edge is covered up to the top. Pre-bake the dough for 15 - 20 minutes or even blind-bake it.
  2. Mix the ham, bacon, onions and garlic together and spread on the dough. Now stir in eggs, cheese, cream and herbs, season and pour over.
  3. Bake in a hot oven at 220 ° C top / bottom heat for about 1 hour.
