Instructions

  1. For the dough, mix the 200 g quark with 1 egg, milk and oil. Mix and knead the flour and baking powder. Roll out on a greased baking sheet. For the topping, distribute the ham on the dough. Mix the sour cream, 150 g quark and 4 eggs, season with salt and paprika. Pour it over the ham slices. Bake in the preheated oven at 200 ° for about 20 minutes. Place the cheese slices on top and bake for another 5 minutes. Sprinkle with paprika powder.
