- This small onion and ham cake snack is quick and easy to prepare. Take the ready-made dough for the rolls out of the pack and portion. Now press the dough pieces flat with your hand and pull them apart a little. This is how you get small cakes. Place these small flat cakes on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and spread the herb cream cheese a little thicker. Peel and halve the onions and cut into thin half slices. Spread the onion slices over the cream cheese. Now dice the bacon and distribute it on the onion slices. Bake in the preheated oven at 200 ° C top / bottom heat on the middle rack for about 20 minutes until light brown (but not too long so that the dough does not get too dry).
