Ingredients

  • 200 g butter / mararine
  • 6 medium egg (s)
  • 200 g flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 200 g ham, boiled
  • 125 g bacon, lean, diced
  • 200 g cheese, er. (e.. Gouda)
  • 1 medium bell pepper (s), yellow
  • 1 medium bell pepper (s), green
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

  1. Stir the fat until frothy and gradually stir in the eggs. Cut the ham into small pieces, finely dice the onion and paprika.
  2. Mix the flour with the baking powder and fold in. Add the paprika, onion, bacon, cheese and the ham, season everything and mix.
  3. Bundt pan = bake at 190 ° C for approx. 35 - 40 minutes.
  4. Glass cake = fill glasses 2/3 full and bake at 190 ° C for about 35 minutes.
