Chicken, Ham, Olives and Tomato Kebabs

You do not need to marinate the ingredients for such kebabs, you just need to pour the meat and vegetables with oil, sprinkle with oregano and salt, and you can fry.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet – 2 pcs.
  • Ham – 400g
  • Pitted olives – 0.5 cups
  • Cherry tomatoes – 1 glass
  • Olive oil – 2 tbsp
  • Fresh oregano (chopped) – 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Switch on the grill to preheat. Cut the chicken fillet and ham into cubes.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the fillets, ham, olives, tomatoes, olive oil, oregano and salt.
  3. String the contents of the bowl on skewers and grill until golden brown.
