Ingredients
- 350 g flour
- 30 g yeast, fresh (or 1 packet dry yeast)
- 150 ml milk, lukewarm
- 40 grams sugar
- 40 g butter, melt
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 1 egg (s)
- 1 kg rhubarb
- 250 g quark (lean)
- 300 g crème fraîche
- 200 g suar
- 1 pinch vanilla pod (s), the pulp
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ lemon (s) - zest, grated, untreated
- 5 egg (s), including the yolk
- 1 pck. Custard powder, vanilla or cream flavor
- 5 egg (s), including the egg white
- Powdered sugar, to sieve

- Prepare the yeast dough as usual, leave to rise.
- Clean and wash the rhubarb and cut into pieces approx. 2 cm wide.
- For the quark mixture, mix the quark, creme fraiche, sugar, vanilla, lemon, custard powder and egg yolks together well. Subject stiff egg whites. Spread the dough that has been rolled out on a baking sheet (ideally the oven pan) and spread the rhubarb over it. Bake at 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
- When cooled, dust with icing sugar.
