Ingredients
For the dough:
- 375 g flour, 550 mm
- 1 teaspoon tartar baking powder
- 175 g butter or mararine
- 100 g suar
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 2 egg (s)
For covering:
- 750 g low-fat quark
- 1 packet custard powder, vanilla
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 2 egg yolks
- 100 g suar
- 500 g sour cherries, fresh or straiht from the lass
For the sprinkles:
- 200 g flour
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 150 g butter
- 150 grams sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- Powdered sugar, for dusting

- Process flour, baking powder, butter or margarine, sugar, salt and eggs into a shortcrust pastry and refrigerate. Roll out on a greased baking sheet dusted with a little flour.
