Ingredients

  • 400 g suar

  • 275 g flour
  • 150 g nuts
  • 200 g chocolate (dark or block chocolate), rated
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 4 tablespoon brandy
  • 1 glass sour cherries
  • Powdered sugar, for dusting
  • Fat and flour for the mold

Instructions

  1. First stir the butter until foamy, then gradually add the sugar and eggs and stir well. Mix the flour with the baking powder and gradually sift into the mixture. Then mix the nuts, the grated chocolate, the cinnamon and the brandy into the batter. Now place the dough mixture on a greased and floured baking sheet, smooth it out and distribute the well-drained cherries evenly on it. Bake in the oven preheated to 180 ° C for about 40-50 minutes.
