- 50 g salami, cut into fine cubes
- 280 g flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 60 ml oil
- 2 egg (s)
- 180 ml buttermilk
- 50 g cheese (Gouda), rated
- some paprika powder, (for garnish)

- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C-200 ° C.
- Line the muffin pan with paper liners.
- Sift the flour into a bowl. Add sugar, baking powder and salt and mix together.
- Put the oil in a bowl. Stir in the eggs along with the buttermilk.
- Gradually stir in the flour mixture until a smooth dough is formed. Fold in the Gouda cheese and the diced salami.
- Divide the dough into the molds and bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Dust the muffins with a little paprika before serving.
