- 200 g tartare
- 1 onion (s)
- 3 leeks
- 750 ml water
- 1 teaspoon vegetable stock
- 1 tablespoon processed cheese
- 100 g cream cheese, up to 5% fat
- salt and pepper
- Chili powder
- 2 tablespoon chives, fresh

- Chop the onion & fry with the tartare, grate the leek and add. Add water & 1 teaspoon vegetable stock.
- Add lightly processed cheese and cream cheese and season with salt, pepper & chilli, arrange on plates & sprinkle with chives - done.
