Ingredients

For the cream:

  • 100 g whipped cream
  • 200 g double cream cheese
  • 250 g quark
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar

Also:

  • 200 g fruits or berries (e.. raspberries, strawberries ), fresh or frozen
  • possibly sugar
  • 4 ladyfingers

Instructions

  1. For the cream, whip the cream until stiff. Mix the cream cheese, quark, sugar, lemon juice and vanilla sugar together. Fold the cream into the mixture.
  2. For the fruit sauce, puree the fruits you want, if necessary sweeten with sugar.
  3. Finely crumble the ladyfingers. Layer the fruit sauce, breadcrumbs and cream in 4 dessert glasses. Multiple layers can be made.
