Ingredients
For the dough:
- 375 grams flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 100 g mararine
- 2 egg (s)
- 200 g suar
For covering:
- 4 egg (s)
- 250 grams sugar
- 2 packs vanilla sauce powder
- 1 kg low-fat quark
- 150 ml sunflower oil *
- 250 ml milk
- 3 cans mandarin (s), drained well, save the juice
For the cast:
- 2 pack cake icing, course

- For the dough, process the ingredients into a kneading dough. Leave to rest in the refrigerator for 20 minutes, then roll out on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, piling up the dough on the edge to form a wedge.
- For the topping, drain the mandarins well on a sieve and collect the juice for the topping.
- Beat 4 eggs and sugar until frothy, then beat in the vanilla sauce powder, oil, low-fat quark and milk with the mixer. Strain the mandarins, save the juice. Fold the mandarins into the curd mixture with a mixing spoon. Spread on the rolled out base and bake at 200 ° C top / bottom heat in a preheated oven for 30 - 40 minutes.
- Let the cake cool down.
- For the icing, fill up the mandarin juice with water up to the required amount and, according to the instructions on the package, bring the icing to the boil and spread it on the cooled cheesecake.
- * If you use quark with 40% fat, 100 ml of sunflower oil is sufficient.
