Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 150 g butter
  • 100 g suar
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 250 g flour
  • 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
  • Fat for the shape

For the sprinkles:

  • 75 g butter
  • 125 g flour
  • 75 grams sugar

For the filling:

  • 750 ml milk
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 2 packs custard powder, vanilla flavor
  • 3 tablespoon semolina
  • 500 g quark
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar

Instructions

  1. Make a kneading dough from butter, sugar, egg, flour and baking powder and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  2. Melt the butter for the crumble and let it cool. Add sugar and flour and make streusel. Put aside.
  3. Put the dough in a greased springform pan, press one edge 2.5 centimeters high.
  4. Bring the milk and sugar to the boil and make the pudding. Add the semolina and bring to the boil again. Mix the quark and vanilla sugar into the still hot pudding and pour the filling onto the dough, smooth it out and sprinkle with the crumble.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 175 ° C top / bottom heat for about 1 hour.
