Semolina Chocolate Pudding

This delicious dessert is prepared on the basis of semolina porridge. If desired, chocolate pudding can be poured with syrup and garnished with fruit.
Cook: 2 hour
Ingredients
- Milk – 2 cups (500 ml)
- Sugar – 0.5 cups (100 g)
- Milk chocolate – 0.5 tiles (50 g)
- Butter – 1 teaspoon (10 g)
- Semolina – 0.5 cups (100 g)
- Salt- 1 pinch
Directions
- Pour milk into a saucepan and put on fire.
- Grate chocolate on a coarse grater. Add chocolate, granulated sugar, butter and a pinch of salt to the milk. While stirring, bring to a boil. Gradually add semolina in a thin stream. Stir constantly and cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
- Rinse the mold with cold water and add the pudding. When it cools down, put it in the refrigerator (for 1.5-2 hours).
- Put the finished pudding on a plate. Chocolate pudding can be decorated with a pattern through a stencil, sprinkled with cocoa or instant coffee, or sprinkled with grated chocolate.
