Ingredients

  • 250 g sour cherries
  • 200 ml milk
  • 100 g nouat
  • 200 g flour
  • 50 g hazelnuts, chopped
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 125 g suar
  • 80 ml vegetable oil
  • possibly couverture, hazelnut

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven (180 ° C top / bottom heat). Line the muffin tray with molds.
  2. Drain the cherries. Heat 100 ml milk and melt the nougat in it. Let the mixture cool down. Mix the flour, nuts and baking powder.
  3. Whisk the egg. Mix in sugar, oil and remaining milk well. Fold in the nougat mixture and cherries. Then fold in the flour mixture, but only until the dry ingredients are moist.
  4. Pour the dough into the molds and place in the oven. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
  5. TIP: After cooling, dip the muffins upside down in liquid hazelnut couverture and sprinkle with chopped hazelnuts.
