Ingredients

  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 1 half hot pepper, red, medium-sized
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 5 tablespoon sunflower oil
  • 150 g cherry peppers, filled with cream cheese, from the fresh food counter
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Put the cherry peppers, cream cheese, peppers and garlic in a tall container and puree with a hand mixer. Add enough oil to make the mixture nice and creamy. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  2. Spread on bread or enjoy with vegetable sticks.
