Ingredients

  • 500 g chicken breast fillet (s)
  • 500 g broccoli, cut into florets
  • 200 ml cream
  • 250 g herbal cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 40 g flaked almonds
  • salt and pepper
  • some oil
  • some butter

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken breast into small pieces and fry them in a little oil in a pan until crispy. Then add the broccoli and fry for about 5 minutes. Stir in the cream, soy sauce and herbal cream cheese and simmer covered for 15 minutes. Stir every now and then so that everything in the sauce is cooked through. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  2. In the meantime, carefully toast the almond flakes in a small pan with a little butter and then sprinkle them over the finished dish.
  3. Can also be prepared with frozen broccoli and frozen chicken breast. Then let it thaw beforehand.
