  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 100 g spinach, fresher
  • 100 g ricotta
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Cheese, grated
  • oil

Instructions

  1. Fry the spinach in a little oil in the pan until it has collapsed. Then add the ricotta and mix both. Take the pan off the stove.
  2. Cut into each chicken breast lengthways so that there are about 6 columns. Pour the spinach and ricotta mixture into the wedges. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and sprinkle with grated cheese. Sprinkle peppers on top.
  3. Then bake the chicken breasts at 200 ° for 25 - 30 minutes.
