Chicken Chop With Low-Fat Cheese

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast – 2 pcs.
  • Tomatoes – 3-4 pcs.
  • Adyghe cheese (or feta cheese, mozzarella) (low-fat) – 200 g
  • Olive oil – 1 tbsp
  • Sour cream – 3 tbsp
  • Garlic – 1 clove
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Greens

Directions

  1. Ingredients for chicken and cheese chops.
  2. Cut the chicken fillet into slices across the grain.
  3. Beat off from both sides.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Cut the tomatoes into slices.
  6. Chop the greens.
  7. Mix sour cream with garlic and a pinch of salt.
  8. Grate cheese on a coarse grater. If using mozzarella, cut it into slices.
  9. Grease the parchment with olive oil, put the fillets.
  10. Lay out the tomatoes, pour over the sauce.
  11. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
  12. Bake chicken chops with cheese in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
