  • Chicken breast – 2 pcs.
  • Tomatoes – 3-4 pcs.
  • Adyghe cheese (or feta cheese, mozzarella) (low-fat) – 200 g
  • Olive oil – 1 tbsp
  • Sour cream – 3 tbsp
  • Garlic – 1 clove
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Greens

Chicken Chop With Low-Fat Cheese Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken breast into slices across the grain.
  2. Pound each slice on both sides with a meat mallet until flattened.
  3. Season both sides with salt and ground black pepper.
  4. Cut the tomatoes into slices.
  5. Chop the greens and set aside.
  6. Mince the garlic clove, then mix it with the sour cream and a pinch of salt.
  7. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater, or cut into slices if using mozzarella instead.
  8. Lightly grease a piece of parchment paper with the olive oil, then place it on a baking sheet.
  9. Arrange the chicken slices on the parchment.
  10. Layer the tomato slices on top of the chicken.
  11. Pour the sour cream and garlic sauce over the tomatoes.
  12. Sprinkle the grated cheese over the top.
  13. Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F), then bake for 15 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 74°C (165°F).
