  • 300 ml whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Wash the chicken legs well, remove any remaining quills if necessary, dry them with kitchen paper. Season both sides with salt and pepper and rub 1 teaspoon mustard per leg on both sides. Sear both sides in the 2 tablespoons of heated oil. Then put in a baking dish (possibly grease the baking dish, depending on the material).
  2. Chop the onion, wash the peppers and also chop into cubes. Then fry the legs in the same pan as before, so that the onion is just about translucent. Then add the cream. Finally add the remaining 2 teaspoons of mustard, bring to the boil and season with salt and pepper. Pour the sauce over the chicken thighs and let it simmer in the preheated oven at 200 ° C or 180 ° C for about 45-50 minutes (depending on the oven ).
