Ingredients

  • 4 chicken schnitzel (minute schnitzel)
  • 1 zucchini
  • 3 carrot (s)
  • 150 g cherry tomato (s)
  • 20 g mararine
  • 2 teaspoons vegetable stock powder
  • 4 tablespoon low-fat quark
  • 2 Table spoons milk
  • 2 tablespoon chives, dried

Instructions

  1. Wash the vegetables and cut into bite-sized pieces. Melt 10 g margarine in a pan and fry the vegetables with 1 teaspoon vegetable stock powder in it for about 5 minutes.
  2. Melt 10 g margarine in another pan and quickly fry the minute schnitzel on both sides.
  3. In a small bowl, stir together low-fat quark, milk, chives and 1 teaspoon vegetable stock powder and the herb quark is ready.
  4. Arrange and serve.
