Ingredients

  • 500 g penne
  • 200 g chicken
  • salt and pepper
  • 150 g peas
  • 150 g tomato (s)
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 100 ml cream
  • 80 ml poultry stock
  • 1 bunch basil
  • oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the penne according to the instructions, drain and set aside.
  2. Take a pan and fry the chicken cut into strips in a little oil and season with salt and pepper. Put the cream cheese in the pan and pour in the cream and poultry stock. Chop the peppers and tomatoes and mix in with the peas.
  3. Simmer gently for 5 minutes and then serve with fresh basil with the penne.
