Chicken Quesadilla

Quesadilla is an instant Mexican dish: a tortilla made from wheat or corn flour with a filling. I propose my variation of chicken quesadilla. Simple and delicious!

Ingredients
- Chicken Breasts – 3 Pieces
- Seasoning for chicken – 2 tbsp
- Onions – 1 Piece
- Bulgarian pepper – 1 Piece
- Tortilla – 12 Pieces
- Vegetable oil – 2-3 tbsp
Directions
- In a skillet, fry the seasoned chicken breasts in vegetable oil.
- Fry the onion and pepper, chopped into half rings, in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown.
- Cut the cooked meat into cubes.
- Grate hard cheese on a fine grater.
- Place the meat and sauteed vegetables on the tortilla.
- Sprinkle everything with grated cheese.

Cover the quesadilla with second pita bread and fry in butter until golden brown.
- Cut chicken quesadilla into portions and serve.
