Chicken Salad with Celery and Seeds

I continue to collect creative salads. My husband liked the chicken salad, the recipe for which I offer you)))
Servings: 1
Ingredients
- Celery petiole – 50 g (1 petiole)
- Apple – 50 g (half a large apple)
- Fried chicken – 75 g (pulp of 1 drumstick)
- Sunflower seeds – 10 g (handful)
- Lemon (juice) – 0.25 pcs. (0.5-1 teaspoon juice)
- Vegetable oil – 1-1.5 teaspoon
Directions
- Cut the celery into thin slices. Take a quarter of a lemon, squeeze the juice over the celery. Leave on for 10 minutes.
- Dry the seeds in a dry frying pan over medium heat for 5 minutes.
- Wash the apple, grate on a coarse grater.
- Finely chop the chicken meat.
- Mix all ingredients. Add vegetable oil to the chicken salad with celery and mix thoroughly again.
- Garnish the chicken salad with celery when serving.
