Ingredients

  • 4 chicken schnitzel
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon curry
  • 0.5 teaspoon Β½ paprika powder, noble sweet
  • 2 tablespoon margarine
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • 1 bell pepper (s), green, green
  • 250 ml broth, instant
  • 100 g pineapple pieces
  • 100 g cherry (s) (imperial cherries)
  • 200 ml cream
  • 2 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 pinch (s) cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken schnitzel with salt, pepper, curry and paprika powder. Fry in margarine. Cut the onion and peppers into strips. Add to the schnitzel and cook for approx. 15 minutes. Add the pineapple pieces and cherries. Mix and stir in the cream and starch. Season with salt, cayenne pepper and pepper. Let it steep for 10 minutes.
  2. Side dish: rice
