Chili and Cumin Steak

A real, fragrant steak, grilled! It turns out to be very tender, juicy and aromatic. We will marinate the meat with chili and caraway seeds. Meet the recipe!

Ingredients

  • Chili Powder – 5 Teaspoons
  • Ground cumin – 1.5 Teaspoons
  • Dried Oregano – 1.5 Teaspoons
  • Salt and ground pepper – – To taste
  • Beef Steak – 650 Grams
  • Olive Oil – 2 Teaspoons

Directions

  1. Wash and dry the meat.
  2. Mix all the spices and salt.
  3. Sprinkle the meat with spices and oil. Leave for 10 minutes.
  4. Grease the wire rack with oil, place the meat and bake until tender.
