On a hot summer day, this delicious seafood fridge will come in handy.

Ingredients

  • Fresh cucumbers – 1-2 pcs. (depends on their size)
  • Dill – 1 bunch
  • Green onions – 1-2 pcs.
  • Boiled beets – 2-3 pcs.
  • Boiled eggs – 3 pcs.
  • Low-fat sour cream – 0.5 l
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Seafood (crayfish, large shrimp or crab sticks)

Directions

  1. We cook a fridge in a tureen. Cut the cucumbers into cubes, finely chop the dill and onion. Three beets on a coarse grater and pour 1-1.5 liters of cold boiled water. Add sour cream. Add cucumbers and onions. Salt the refrigerator to taste, pepper and let it brew for 30 minutes.
  2. During this time, we will cook the seafood that we have chosen. I have crab sticks. It is necessary to remove the pieces of paper from them and cut them coarsely. Cut the eggs into quarters
  3. Pour chilli into a plate, add seafood and eggs.
