Chimichurri Dip

Ingredients

• 1 onion (s), diced
• 1 clove garlic, very finely chopped
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 cup cream cheese
• 1 pack sheep`s cheese
• 1 tablespoon spice mix (Chimichurri spice)

Instructions

1. Chop up the sheep`s cheese. Mix with the cream cheese and sour cream. Fold in onions and garlic. Then add the spice.
